Anyways, I had a friend over from Australia at the weekend and they wanted to see the old East End of London. I myself lacked the knowledge she wanted :/ so I did some research and found a website where you pay for an old black taxi to take you around locations in London. I have to say it was brill! The guy was extremely knowledgable and really funny. Well worth taking one, might try the Harry Potter one next time!

Back to the gym after a month!

Ok so I have been gallivanting around on holiday having fun in the sun for the last month but now I'm home I guess its back to the grind. Work work work :O

This also means after a month I am going to #FeelTheBurn when I meet with my personal trainer tonight!! Should be interesting... will let you all know how i get on xx

Personal Training in London

So I've recently ( last 3 months lol ) start a new training regime and am using some new personal trainers as my last one just wasnt cutting it. I like to train with my friend Gem, so we looked for some one who would train us both together and she came across this site : Personal Training London, where they offer a great partner training regime where we can train together with a personal trainer.

So far we have had our personal trainer Tim for the most part although his brother Steve fills in for him sometimes when he is unavailable. Both have been great and are very knowledgeable. They have not only helped in the the gym but have given us health and nutrition advice to aid our progress. Can't recommend them enough, check them out

Hate seeing all of this destruction, I hope these people will get what they deserve.
